Camera Assistant / Operator/ Focus Puller

 I have been a freelance Camera Assistant / Operator on a wide variety of productions, from low-budget Features to Music videos, Commercials, Live Television, and many shorts. I was trained at S+O Media in West London and have worked for many different production companies since.

 

I own my own focus-pulling equipment (Tilta Nucleus M), and I am always punctual, proactive and professional on set. I’m also more than capable of helping out in other departments when needed and calm under pressure.

 

I have great knowledge of various digital cameras / accessories and specialise in the Sony, RED, ARRI and Blackmagic ranges. In addition to being an attentive focus puller, I am also proficient in camera operating, clapper loading, sparking / gaffing, and data wrangling.

 

During my time as a freelance AC, I have had to demonstrate both meticulous attention to detail and interpersonal skills. I have learned to understand the importance of a set workflow, to stay organised and allow my DoP to focus solely on their job. I also have a UK driver's licence with extensive van driving experience and am based in South London.
